In-stock items are prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 business days.

Pre-orders go into production once the order window closes: production usually takes 2 to 3 months, followed by around 15 days of import. The exact lead time is shown on the product page.

If your order includes both, it ships in one go once everything is available. To receive your in-stock items sooner, place two separate orders.

Credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payment is secure and charged when your order is placed, pre-orders included.

We ship to France, Europe and worldwide with Colissimo. Shipping costs depend on your destination and are shown before payment.

Once your order has been prepared, allow on average:

• France: 2 to 3 business days
• Europe: 3 to 8 business days
• Rest of the world: 5 to 15 business days

You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may apply on delivery and are paid by the recipient.

Our orders are packed and shipped by an ESAT (Établissement et Service d'Aide par le Travail), a French organisation that enables people with disabilities to work with tailored support. Behind every parcel, there are real people preparing your order with care.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. To be accepted, items must be new, unworn, unwashed, odour-free, in perfect condition and returned in their original packaging.

Please read our returns and exchanges policy carefully before making a request: any return that doesn't meet these conditions will be refused.

To make a request, fill in this form. You'll receive the return address and a slip to print and place in your parcel by email.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. For returns over €75, we recommend a tracked shipping method. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your parcel has been received and checked.

Machine wash at 30 °C inside out, do not tumble dry, iron inside out and avoid prints and embroidery.

All our pieces are designed in France. Most are produced in our partner factories in China, which we visited in 2025 to meet the teams and follow production on site.
